Seasons of Relationship with God
Our relationship with God is not stagnant. In addition to growing and shrinking, it changes based on what we are going through in our lives. Are you in a "winter" where you are experiencing darkness and stillness? Are you in a "spring" where you are starting to see evidence of growth, but it's very small? In this talk, you will come away with an understanding of what season you're in, the blessings, virtues, temptations, and struggles of each season as well as how you can encourage movement from one season to the next.

Because I Planted Them
Flowers are going to grow in my garden this year. Know how I know? Because I planted them. If you don't do something different, then this year will be a repeat of the last. Talking about goals is trendy, but do you know what kind of goals to set? Should they be SMART goals? PUSH goals? Or Tubthumping goals? This event will teach you how to listen for God's purpose in your love so you can set the rhythm of your day with intentionality. We'll talk about which kind of goals you need and how to set them. Already know what your group needs? Then we'll schedule a goal-setting intensive where I'll take your group through connecting deeply with your WHY and you'll have "flowers" this year too!

Fear Is A Liar
This 2-3 day retreat covers the meaning of fear and its role in our lives. It is for people who feel paralyzed by fear and those who want more, but are afraid of judgement and failure. We'll answer the questions: What is fear and where does it come from? What is real? What is fear...really? How can I tell fear vs excitement? What do I do when I'm afraid.

My Delight Is In Her
Like it says in Isaiah 62:4, The Lord tells you that "you shall be called "My Delight is in her."

This talk is a far more intimate sharing of the evidence of God's presence and faithfulness as He leads me from feeling alone and forgotten to seeing His love specifically for me as his beloved daughter. That was something I always knew in my head and believed, but never felt.

The story of how I shifted from head knowledge to heart knowledge includes the stories and Sacred Scriptures God used to reveal how present he's been to me my entire life and how he patiently waited for me to invite him more fully into my heart.

Listen to the Gardener
Jesus is the true vine and his father the vine grower. In His wisdom, He removes the parts of the vine that aren't producing the best fruit. Pruning isn’t the process of just cutting off what’s dead and diseased. Yes you do those things as a gardener, but true pruning is the act of removing anything that takes away from optimal growth and production of fruit.

The plant doesn’t know more than the gardener. When we orient ourselves to the will of God and hand ourselves over to the potter, he can mold us into what he wants us to be. He can train the vine and keep the parts that produce the best growth and finest fruit.

Remember, YOU are the tomato!

What Part of the Body Are You?
I Corinthians 12 tells us that there are many parts to the body, each with different functions and importance. Have you ever thought about yourself as a part of the Body of Christ? In this talk, you will be lead through this Scripture and gain both an understanding of what "part of the body" you are as well as the intentionality and importance of you living your life according to that purpose.

To Everything There Is A Season
This 3 day retreat will encompass the entirety of your journey toward your Purpose. It is a wonderful introduction to the truth that you were loved into existence On Purpose, With Purpose, and For Purpose. We will investigate what your unique and intentional purpose might be as well has how to navigate through each season in your relationship with God. You will come away with an understanding of how to go from who your are to who you want to be.

You Are On Purpose
The heart of The Purpose Project is the truth that you were loved into existence On Purpose, With Purpose, and For Purpose. You have a unique and unrepeatable purpose and God was intentional with every part of your creation.

When He spoke you into existence, He breathed a word that had never been spoken before and never will be again. You are clay in the hands of the Potter who is skilled and sure in his creation.

And even more than that, He created the clay! He didn't just do the best He could with what was given to Him. Everything about you was intentional.

In this session, you will see both the evidence to prove the intentionality of you as well as learn how to feel God's love for you as His prized creation.

Theology of the Homestead
After the greatest calling ever given to a human in all of history, the angel departed from Mary and she likely went back to sweeping the floor, going to the market, and making dinner. While some are called to drop their nets and take on an entirely new way of life, most of us are called to follow God in daily living that, from the outside, probably doesn't look all that different.

However, God is present in the daily ordinary moments of our lives. While "mountain top" experiences and grand signs are not outside of God's capabilities, it is not the way He typically communicates to his people through the ordinary means.

From ruminating and letting the cream rise to the top, to what pruning really means and how we don't know more than the gardener, to God the Divine Physician who holds the Salve to our wounds, we accept God's invitation to explore his creative nature through our gardens, flocks, and herds. Examples from our animals, homemaking, gardens, and family life will shed light on Sacred Scripture and how we can move forward oriented to the will of God for our lives.
