What season are you in?
Not in an “what weird weather we’re having! What season is this again?” kind of way. That’s a different post.
Personally, what season are you in? Are you end of spring/beginning of summer? Things are ramping up, everything is growing, you’re sweeting, but working hard, drinking water and excited for all the explosive growth? Are you early spring where you’re anxious to get going, but it’s just not quite time. You can kind of plant and gather what you need to launch an idea but you’re caught between your anxiety that you might fail…again, and frustration that you’re not further along or as “back on your feet” as you “should” be by now. OR…are you in a dark winter. You’re cold and curled up in one place waiting for it to pass, but worried it might not. Yo
u are hoping you have enough in reserve to make it through until the seasons change and hope that burning your candle at both ends doesn’t burn you up completely before the sunshine comes back. What season are you in? Yes there’s fall too, but the common themes when I’m talking to you ladies is a lot of people in winter and early spring. And not enjoying the goodness that those two metaphoric seasons have to offer. So how do you get out of your current season and into the next one? Well, the first step is to be honest about where you are. How you shift depends on where you’re starting. We’ll get to where and
who you want to be. We’ll get to the blessings of what’s happening in your season now. But first. What season are you in? Where is your heart right now? Continuing to pray for you, Sarah ><>
